Nestled in a lush garden with serene views of the escarpment, Aleah provides the ideal abode to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, with solar backup power. Damage Protection: This property is protected by Just Be Lekker (JBL), the travel reputation platform. Guests are required to pay a R600 non-refundable damage waiver fee (R7,500 worth of accidental damage cover) OR have a R5,000 refundable security deposit hold placed on their card to gain access to the property. The guest will be sent a link by JBL to verify their booking. Please note that should a guest choose the refundable security deposit, a R47 service fee will be charged by JBL. This fee covers the cost of verifying the booking and ensuring the property's protection. Just Be Lekker aims to provide a secure and reliable booking experience for all guests. While the security deposit / damage waiver fee will be processed 1 day before check-in, we advise you to complete the JBL verification process as soon as possible to avoid any complications with your booking. NOTE: No smoking allowed inside; and no hubbly bubbly allowed at any time. The accommodation is for short-term residential rentals only. It is not for events, functions, parties, receptions, meetings, commercial use, or guests above the registered number. We require all outstanding processes to be completed before 12 pm the day prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in a late penalty fee of R350 In case of a late check-in after 7pm on Saturdays to Thursdays and 10 pm on Fridays, a standard late check-in fee of R750 will apply. CLEANING: Daily cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost. LOADSHEDDING To assist during loadshedding this property uses solar power. Guests are therefore advised to use the power responsibly during their stay (especially on cloudy days).
