The Aloe House is a relaxing, comfortable and well-decorated space that lends itself to outdoor meals, relaxing around the pool, quality time for families and friends. it is set in a conservancy that encourages preservation of the natural habitat. So expect good birding and views of small antelope, dassies, whales and dolphins. The 2 beaches that are within a 500 m walk are wonderful - with lifeguards on duty, beautiful sand and rocks and excellent surf for swimming and body boarding.

Alicia is the housekeeper who will welcome you, answer any questions and introduce you to the house! She does a basic clean of the house daily [makes beds, sweeps, does dishes after breakfast and lunch].

There is so much to do in the area! There are good golf courses, cycling and hiking trails, excellent beaches, great birding opportunities, restaurants, shops , a butterfly dome, paintball, zip line, a casino with a water park and a cruise up the river, coffee farm with tours and a coffee shop, whale and dolphin spotting, horse riding, fishing, and even a small red desert
