Avalon is a rustic double-storey century-old house located on The Island at Great Brak River, near Mosselbay. The North-facing house is located on the water and is ideal for canoeing, fishing and swimming. A walk around the island will take you to a swimming beach with life-guards. The house can sleep eight guests and has fibre optic wifi and a play-station. There are two toilets and two showers. The garden is fully fenced and pet friendly. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge, gas stove etc. Walk across the bridge to a restaurant and pub. The house is only available for long-term rentals with a minimum of seven days. An exit cleaning fee of R1100 is to be paid before day of exit. Towels and linen is provided.
