Property information

Coming to Cape Town for work or pleasure? The Barcelona suite sleeps up to 4 people. It is only 20 minutes from Cape Town and 30 minutes to Paarl and Blouberg beach. The property is situated in a quiet neighbourhood in a quiet street without a lot of traffic. The property consists of two self catering units as well as the main house that is in use by the owner. Both units have private roofed patios with built-in braai and entertainment areas. Both units have their own seperate access and secure parking. The Barcelona Suite can sleep 4 people (Queen + Single + Daybed). The Amsterdam Suite can sleep 6 people and can be converted into 6 x single beds or two king sized beds + 2 singles.

Neighbourhood information

The neighbourhood is residential and tranquil. It is close to shops (Spar & OK Minimark) as well as Laundromats and various take-away restaurants. Tyger Valley shopping centre is 5 mins away. the Durbanville wine route is 10 minutes away.
