The complex has pretty well kept gardens, a shared braai area and remote gate access for your convenience. The beach, breaker and lagoon views from the apartments are stunning. The beach tidal pool is a mere 150m from Claridges. Take a stroll to 2 life guarded beaches, Whale Deck, lagoon paddle boats & the boat launch at Ski Boat Bay. Ramsgate is central to many wonderful tourist attractions and fine restaurants ,all within a 5-40km radius. Enjoy exploring all this area has to offer. Relax, refresh or explore.

Quaint & picturesque, Ramsgate is a village on the south coast of KwaZulu-Natal, located on the mouth of a river known by the Zulu name Bilanhlolo,about 5 km south of Margate. Ramsgate is a popular holiday town, with excellent shore fishing opportunities. SkiBoat Bay is alive with boating activities, is popular too with Body-Boarders and is life-guarded in season. Go paddle boating or canoeing on the lagoon at the main beach or enjoy a swim in the tidal pool. Bird watching is excellent in this part of KZN. There are 2 nature reserves within 40min drive of Ramsgate ie Umtamvuna Nature Reserve and Oribi Gorge.
