Penthouse living with magnificent sea views and walking distance to our top blue flag beaches, boardwalk casino and popular ocean side restaurants, hotels and bars. One of Port Elizabeths top suburbs to stay in. Very Safe and exclusive. Located at the end of the picturesque Garden Route along the Cape coast, the city has beaches in and near it. The most popular swimming beaches include King's Beach and Hobie Beach, which are both walking distance from the unit.
