A peaceful, spacious studio loft located in the beautiful Melkbos Avenues. A short 200m walk to the picturesque beach, central Melkbos and local restaurants and bars. This unit has it's own private entrance, small garden area and parking.
Quiet streets where kids are safe to play in the streets and neighbours are relaxed.
