Central beach is the best swimming beach in Plettenberg Bay and the home is within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Whale and dolphin watching, sea kayaking, sailing and other beach activities are offered from Central Beach. The property has a room with twin beds as you walk in with a shower en-suite. The passage takes you to an open plan, light and ultra modern living area. There is a double room with shower en-suite, bunk room, suitable for children, with bath en-suite and master bedroom which opens onto the patio with shower en-suite. The living area which comprises of a kitchen, lounge and dining area also opens onto the spacious patio which has a barbeque, outdoor shower and dining area. There are stairs that lead to the grass area below which takes you to the gate to the beach. There are stunning views from the living area and master bedroom. This home has been renovated as the ideal beach getaway! This property is equipped with solar power. *There is a refundable breakage deposit of R6000 which is collected by bank transfer and refunded back to the tenant by bank transfer *Payment for the booking is collected by bank transfer
