We have just renovated our 100-year old Heritage property in the picturesque historical town of St James, which is only a few minutes walk from the iconic St James beach and trendy Kalk Bay, with its galleries, coffee shops and restaurants. With sublime views of the False Bay coastline and whales in season, combined with the peaceful sound of the ocean, this five bedroom property offers a memorable, relaxing holiday in the beautiful city of Cape Town. Bed 1 : King bed, en-suite Bed 2: Queen bed, en-suite Bed 3: Queen bed Bed 4: Double bunk Bed 5: Double bed, en-suite Family bathroom, kitchen, lounge, dining room, deck Please note there are some stairs leading up to the property.
We live in Singapore with our three children. We have been here for 17 years. We love to travel as a family and enjoy our trips abroad seeing family in both London and Cape Town, my home town. We love travelling in Asia too. We love great food, wine, family and friends, football and tennis. Italy and Thailand have a special place in our hearts. While we are away, our house is managed by our lovely friend and fellow Capetonian, Ruwayda. Ruwayda and I are both Capetonian and she is based there to welcome you in person.
St James is next to Kalk Bay, a quirky and busy area, known for the harbour, restaurants, galleries and little shops. It is also not far from Boulders Beach, well know for its African Penguin colony and also driving a bit further to Cape Point, famed for its stunning views.
