Die Lemoenhuis is a renovated cottage situated about 30m from the main house. It is a beautiful place inside and out with its own little garden and the MOST amazing view over the neighbouring farm to the Hantam mountains. I am proud to recommend it to anyone . I believe staying here will do you good...
My husband Francois and I moved to Calvinia 6years ago from Cape Town. He works for a new NGO which aims to assist children academically, socially and physically and I am a nursing sister working in a local clinic. We have 3dogs..Labradors .
The property is situated on the edge of the town so it is quiet and very safe. The farm adjacent to us often has sheep in the area closest to us and we have even had a tame ostrich, springbok and 2 cows coming to eat the pods from our tree...
