Louis and I husband and wife manage the house with our assitant Tony. We also have a tourism company for shuttles and wine tours if needed. We love speaking to guests and have a chat now and then when we will see you in the garden or the pool when we come to put in cholorine, clean the pool or water a section of the garden that doen not have irrigation. Please feel comfortable to see us at the house now and then when you book - as we have to keep the pool blue and garden in tip top condition.

Open plan house on one floor without any stairs. The glass windows around the house, just below the roof, makes it very unique. We decorated the house in a mid century / 70 style architecture. Dark outside pool and lush garden that we maintain with a gardener once a week and us as owners coming to look after the pool every 2nd day in summer between 5pm and 7pm. The irrigation system goes on 3 times a week in summer in the evening. Gas stove, washing machine and dishwasher adds to a convenient kitchen. Outside barbecue and a large smart TV. Convenient location in Die Boord area Stellenbosch, close to hospitals and 3km from town.

very safe neighborhood and the house is in a very quiet street. There is a park close by for kids and very safe to go for a walk or a jog in the area. Die Boord Spar is also only 10 min walk away or less than 3 min drive and open till 8pm every evening.
