Cosy 2012 Ellipse Waterfall Midrand is fairly new, so everything in it is new. New elegant furniture and fittings. The apartment is on the ground floor, with a veranda (stoep) and a beautiful green garden. It's east facing, so you get warm sun rise in the morning, and the rest of the day, it's cool even in summer. The view of Mall of Africa and PWC is breathtaking and just across the road.
This is one of a kind apartment that includes as optional a dine in breakfast from our Olives & Plates restaurant.
The area and vicinity around is breathtaking, it encapsulate it all, and security is visible 24/7.

The Ellipse Apartment buildings are the state of art jewel in Waterfall City. The 24/7 security is friendly but strict for our own safety. There's a gym 🏋️♀️ facility, swimming 🏊♀️ pool, LIFE Spa Massage, and Olives and Plates restaurant ALL in the Ellipse premises. Coming soon is a Sky Rooftop Bar.
The Netcare hospital and Mall Of Africa are across the road from the Ellipse property, theres almost all essential amenities one can find in a top market.
There's Gautrain bus stops just as you step outside the property and Uber takes literally 2min to arrive when booked.
