MUi STAYS was established in 2003 to provide holiday letting services to those traveling to the South Peninsula and in particular Muizenberg, Kalk Bay, Fish Hoek, and Simon’s Town.
Our company is founded on the core purpose "To enhance community value, sustainably and responsibly". Our team works with local social projects and upliftment initiatives to improve the broader local community. Your stay with us helps us to achieve more. We have made great strides in upgrading our services to incorporate eco-friendly cleaning products and energy-efficient systems. We are still operating within the same region, just providing a more aware and personalised service to customers from all over the world.
We are a local company that is passionate about doing things the right way. Our service is underpinned by our core values of providing "environmentally friendly, socially responsible, quality accommodation". We partner with local property owners who share the same values as we do. Our properties are chosen to meet the needs of our diverse customer base, suitable to a varying range of budgets and requirements.
However, all of our properties undergo regular inspections, and quality audits to ensure that they continue to exceed the expectations of our visitors.
We look forward to welcoming you and hosting you during your stay in Cape Town.
