The house is on a beautiful river which starts in the mountains up the road. The house is a stunning gem and probably one of the best houses in the resort. There is a deck overlooking the river, where you can entertain your family. The deck has a built in braai and pizza oven. There are also canvas blinds which can be pulled down when it rains, which encloses a fair amount of the deck.
I do not live on site, which is a pity. I love meeting people and taking people on trips to see new sites. I will be retiring in the next few years and hope to start my own little tour operator business. I am married and have one son who is almost a "teenager."
The house is located in the De Hollandsche Molen Resort in Hou Moed which is in the Franschoek area, Therefore the resort is in the middle of the Cape Winelands. It is a stunning area with many activities available. The house itself is in a resort which caters for lots of family activities. The house itself is on the banks of the Wemmershoek river.
