The gas fire in the lounge heats the space beautifully on colder days where one can gaze at the stunning views on offer at this venue. The luxurious space and well equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a double door fridge/freezer and a smaller bar fridge to make life easy! The two Tv’s are connected to full bouquet DSTV and are smart TV’s for those Netflix days in inclement weather. Features available: 2 x Smart TVs with full bouquet DSTV, Netflix and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house. Double garage with a dart board and table tennis area. Guest toilet Games Room: pool table, ceiling fan, board games and a smart TV with shared full bouquet DSTV and Netflix. Leading onto a beautiful decked area with comfortable seating and a braai. Kitchen: spacious and well equipped • Gas oven with 6 plate hob • Nespresso coffee machine • Microwave • Double door fridge/freezer with additional bar fridge • Separate scullery with washing machine, tumble dryer and dish washer
