It is a cosy and quiet garden apartment with all facilities you need. You have a beautiful view over more than 180 degrees. False Bay, Table Mountain, Somerset West and more. Close to the beach, shops, restaurants, golf courses and other amities. Perfect destination to explore Cape Town, the wineries and a lot of other beautifully places around .
I’m German, but spend the last 40 years on the African Continent, since 20 years in South Africa. I like to host and meet other people.
Very nice and quiet neighbours. Behind the mountains and in front the False Bay. Good restaurants close by . A paradise for golfers and wine connoisseurs.
