Greenhill Farm Manor House The spacious Manor House is set in beautiful gardens on an 18 hectares estate in Plettenberg Bay, the premier resort town in South Africa. The estate is surrounded by 1000’s hectares of forest with 180-degree sea views over the bay and the famous Robberg Peninsula. The opposite side of the property has forest and mountain views. Greenhill is home to abundant bird and wildlife, as well as our own springbok. Hiking and mountain bike trails are on our doorstep. Play croquet on the terrace, swim in the pool or simply lounge around in the sun while enjoying the spectacular views. The pool room with bar, home gym, and pool table opens out onto the terrace and the barbecue. The large lounge looks onto the dining patio, pool and the sea. You have the choice of watching DSTV Premium or Chrome casting your favourite shows. You can also enjoy a quality sound system and an extensive collection of music. The family room, with terrace and sea view, has a large dining room and fireplace, TV, and an expansive lounge where the whole family can spend quality time, chilling, reading from our library, or playing games from our collection. The cosy kitchen has 5-star self-catering facilities - a favourite spot for casual family meals. The 4 bedrooms have comfy beds with percale linen. The main bedroom is en-suite to a full bathroom, the second and fourth bedrooms use the full family bathroom, the third bedroom has an en-suite bath only bathroom. The house has quality furniture and original fine art, as well as fast Wi-Fi throughout.

Plettenberg Bay is the premier seaside resort in South Africa. Plett boasts a beautiful setting of sea, mountains, and lagoons. Seven blue flag beaches are home to dolphins, seals and whales that visit in September and October. We are a 5-minute drive from Keurbooms and Arch Rock beaches. which are close to the spectacular Enrico's Restaurant. The Robberg Nature Reserve is famous for its dramatic hikes, and the Harkerville Forest for its cycle trails. The Plett Country Club has a top-rated golf course and welcomes visitors. Goose Valley golf course is also well rated. The Crags, close to our Estate, has a substantial wine route, several animal sanctuaries, and a collection of artisan shops and restaurants. Not far from the Crags is Natures Valley, with a renowned white beach, huge lagoon, and the spectacular Salt River and Kalanderkloof hikes. About an hour’s drive is the Tsitsikamma National Park, with its beautiful walk that ends at a suspension bridge over the Storms River. Tsitsikamma Village offers canopy tours, black water tubing and zip lines. The highest bungy jump in South Africa is nearby. Plett town is sophisticated with everything you may need. It is also home to the marine tours, to view our dolphins, seals and whales and Central and Robberg beaches. There are restaurants aplenty, spas, medical services and other services, as well as all the shops. There are two popular markets, one at Old Nick Village, which also is also the heart of artisan shops in our area, and one in Harkerville. The town of Knysna is only a 30-minute drive and is well worth a visit. The holiday season from Mid-December to Mid-January is very busy, but luckily Plett weather is good from November to May. There is so much to enjoy in Plett, make sure you stay for long enough!
