The Grey-door cottage is situated in Port Elizabeth in the suburb of Perridgevale.
The accommodation is only 2 km from the Port Elizabeth Golf Club, 1 km from the Newton Park Swimming Pool and 800m from the Greenacres Netcare Hospital and Greenacres Shopping Mall.
