The Grey-door cottage is situated in Port Elizabeth in the suburb of Perridgevale.
The accommodation is only 2 km from the Port Elizabeth Golf Club, 1 km from the Newton Park Swimming Pool and 800m from the Greenacres Netcare Hospital and Greenacres Shopping Mall.
The Unit comprises of the following:
Enclosed front courtyard and an enclosed courtyard leading from the Kitchen which has a weber braai and a table with 6 chairs.
There are 2 bedrooms with large built in cupboards in each room.
Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed with linen and towels
Bedroom 2 has a double bed with linen and towels
A mattress is available should the need arise as well as a baby camp cot.
The lounge has seating for 5 as well as a TV for streaming.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob ,oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery and all the necessary kitchen utensils.
The bathroom has a shower, hand basin and toilet
