I have been doing holiday letting for 15 years and it has always been my passion that La Crete Sands No 1 will remain the flagship unit of the complex. SA Tourism Board grades the unit on an annual basis to ensure that it holds the 3-star rating. This luxurious, modern holiday apartment has a panoramic 180 degree sea and full breaker view. It is tastefully furnished, sleeps six, has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The sea facing main bedroom has its own satellite TV, wall safe, full bathroom and leads to the the patio through sliding doors. You have a large open-plan kitchen, dining room and sea facing lounge, its own TV with full DSTV premium package on a PVR decoder, that also opens with sliding doors to your own private balcony with a braai facility, where you can enjoy a sundowner and watch dolphins and whales make their presence known. The kitchen is modern, with granite tops, and fully equipped with all required utensils, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and stove, washing machine and tumble dryer. All rooms have ceiling fans. The unit is serviced daily from Monday to Friday. The pool is enclosed and it's thus safe for small children to roam freely in the complex. Free parking for two vehicles in lock-up garages and trailer parking in a secure walled complex with our own remote access and 24 hour security guards and electric fence. Daily tariffs include DSTV package; Wi-Fi; bed linen. It has battery backup and invertor for load shedding and an extra small gas stove for heating up food and boiling water.
