The entire property was renovated and painted.
Kleinmond is a beautiful town with 9 hiking trails along the beach or in the mountains with breathtaking views. AlthoughLa Mer is in a quiet street, 300 meters from the house is tourism hub with about 10 restaurants and shops as well as the local Harbour. There are 2 golf courses nearby, tennis courts, river rafting, zip lining, sand boarding, 2 beaches and 2 lagoons.
