Situated in Pecanwood Golf Estate overlooking the golf course, mountains & lake this property is ideal for families and friends to relax and enjoy! Large modern open plan home 5 bedrooms with aircon, 4 bathrooms (3 on-suite). No daily cleaner included can be arranged R300pd. Spacious main bedroom en-suite with king size bed (can be twin beds), seating area, TV and large patio overlooking internal dam, golf course and mountains in the distance. Camp cot available. 2nd bedroom en-suite with double bed has doors leading onto garden and bathroom with shower and toilet. 3rd bedroom en-suite comprises of a private outside bedroom with shower and a toilet. Two bedrooms with twin beds share full bathroom. Open plan living area with aircon, a large fully equipped kitchen, indoor fireplace, dining and TV lounge area, table tennis, leads out to large outdoor entertainment patio and deck with outdoor dining and seating with wood braai. Secluded private pool area with seating available. Property is load-shedding ready, comes backup power as well as a gas stove. Safe, secure Estate with many activities available and two restaurants. Village green has large outdoor pool, play area and tennis courts. Many activities and great restaurants in the area. Enjoy and relax!
