After farming in Zululand for over two decades, we settled at Little Fields 15 years ago because it offered the best of both town and country living. With our three children having moved out of home, we decided to share our love for Little Fields with others by building two new Cottages and opening up the Country House to guests.
Our house keeper, Samke and manager, Minenhle, team with us in this venture. Not to mention our resident labrador, Misty and golden retriever, Bodger! The lower lands supply the necessary space to develop my passion for landscaping with indigenous plants, while the meadow-like garden surround the house with flowers in summer and spring.
Being relational people, we have loved developing the accommodation at Little Fields and meeting interesting people from all over the world.
