The Melville Turret is one of the few remaining historical properties. The house was built in 1906 and has been meticulously maintained over the years by the various owners. The rooms are furnished in contempory style to make it comfortable and to adhere to modern day comforts.
I am an avid gardener, traveller and dog lover.
Melville is one of the oldest suburbs in Johannesburg and is in close proximity to Melville Koppies, Milpark Hospital, SABC, Media24, WITS and UJ. there are numerous award winning restaurants in Melville and numerous pubs, book shops and 2 shopping centres. recently 27 Boxes was built (a shopping centre built entirely from recycled shipping containers).
