Guests will be contacted by the host after booking confirmation.
A refundable breakage/damage deposit of R500 is required and must be paid directly to the host at least 7 days prior to check in.
Please note the deposit is not included in the total cost paid upon booking.
The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check out ,once the apartment has been inspected and confirmed to be in good order.
In the event of any damages or breakages , the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the deposit ,and the balance (if any) will be refunded.
