Milkwood Way is named because of it's location under ancient Milkwood Trees. Here you will feel completely at home and safe in our fully walled and secure property. The shops and restaurants are just a short walk away as is the St Francis bay main beach. Milkwood Way is opposite the squash courts and the St Francis Bay golf course. Decor is warm and homely and both apartments have full use of DSTV (all channels) and free uncapped wi-fi. This area is known for its sporting calendar - we have surf ski's and surf boards available for our guests. There are also a couple of boogie boards as well as skate-boards available. If you have your own mountain bike, we have lots of stunning single track rides we can take you on. We have access to whale watching and deep sea fishing and the Addo Elephant park is not far away. Bloukrans bungie jumping is in the vicinity. We can facilitate tours to these destinations and can also organise surfing lessons to those who would like to give it a try.
Jenny & Charles Walker live on the property and are here to make your stay as memorable and pleasant as possible. Charles is a keen paddler as well as a seasoned mountain biker - and he would be glad to assist in both these sporting activities. Our two baby Jack Russells live on the premises and make our house a home.
Milkwood Way is situated in the main St Francis Bay village and there are cctv cameras to ensure the safety of our guests. Tons of lovely restaurants and bars within walking distance (no drink driving). No shortage of sporting facilities in and around the area. St Francis Bay has one of the worlds most well known surfing spots - Bruce's Beauties - and we get a lot of surfers coming to explore and test their skills on these waves. Mountain biking trails are a plenty as are trail walks and trail runs - no excuses to be lazy!
