Modern Shabby Chic apartment have wooden floors and beautiful views and is the perfect location for your holiday or business trip in Durbanville, Cape Town. We also have air-conditioning (T&C apply) in both bedrooms. This apartment has beautiful views from the balcony with a glimpse of the top of Table Mountain. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed & the 2nd bedroom have 1 x single bed and 1 x bunk bed (total of 3 beds in 2nd bedroom). This unit can accommodate 5 guests. The unit have a private lounge with a TV with Netflix. Free Wi-Fi. We also have a small dining-room table with chairs part of the lounge area. The kitchenette is fitted with a microwave, a toaster, and a fridge, as well as a kettle. Towels and bed linen are featured in this self-catering accommodation. We are close to all major attractions in the Western Cape. Only 30kms from Cape Town, 25kms from Stellenbosch, 54kms from Franschhoek, 40km from Paarl and 20km from the Airport. LOADSHEDDING: When Cape Town is experiencing loadshedding your apartment will have limited power via a small dedicated INVERTER system for the apartment that will provide enough electricity for the TV, mediabox, sound bar, standing floor light, floor fan and wifi. Enough for up to 4 hours loadshedding at a time. We also provide a few rechargeable lights. We also provide a 2 plate gas stove for you to be able to make coffee and be able to cook food during loadshedding. PARKING: Safe parking is available for 1 medium size vehicle behind a manual gate, and additional parking is available in front of the gate.

Our neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. Durbanville also have some great restaurants and activities to explore. The Durbanville Golf course is only 2.4km away. ... We also have our own lovely Durbanville wine route exploring Meerendal, Diemersdal, Nitida, Durbanville Hills, Groot Phizantekraal and more. All within 10 km from our home. For an amazing culinary experience we have some great and unique restaurants, Klein Roos Boom, where you sit and wine and dine in some old cement wine barrels, De Grendel Wine estate with beautiful views of Table Mountain and a truly fine dine experience. For some great coffee and cake you can visit SOET, Oppiekoffie & Chocolat. We also have some great mountain biking tracks on a number of wine farms. ... Our property is also perfectly situated close to all the necessary convenience stores, with Cobble Walk center only 700m down the road, SPAR only 250m away and Cape Gate shopping center only 3.6km away.
