We own 2 apartments in the 5 star Taj Hotel. We market these properties directly but all the logistics and guest services are supplied by the hotel. We have owned these 2 apartments for around 5 years.

Property information

Set in a 5 star hotel these 2 apartments have self catering facilities and are operated by the Taj hotel although they are marketed directly by the owner (Strydom Residential). All facilities of the hotel are available to guests who stay in one of these 2 apartment - it is as if you are staying in the hotel, so all hotel terms of service / stay must be adhered to. Daily servicing is not included for guests who book "Room only" stays - please book the Bed & Breakfast option (breakfast + servicing).

Neighbourhood information

Historic neighbourhood opposite the company gardens - the hotel is also part of Cape Towns history - was the old Reserve Bank before - built in the 1800s.
