The unit has a 3 air conditioned ensuite bedrooms that can accommodate 6 people. On the lower floor you will find 2 ensuite bedrooms as well as the open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. Fully stocked kitchen, including 900mm gas stove, electric oven, microwave, double door fridge freezer, dishwasher and Nespresso machine (please bring along your favourite Nespresso capsules). All cutlery and crockery that is required for your stay is provided. The open plan lounge and kitchen lead out to a large balcony that is equipped with a WEBER braai (BBQ) and a large wicker lounger and dinning facilities to enjoy your sundowners in. Modern cantilevers wooden stairs leads to the upstairs main bedroom with its king size bed and ensuite bathroom. Sliding doors lead to a large roof top patio with stunning views of the estate. The lounge is equipped with a Samsung SMART TV as well as a DSTV decoder. you will have access to FULL DSTV bouquet during your stay. The SMART TV also allows access to NETFLIX and SHOWMAX (you own membership is required for usage). COMPLIMENTARY 5GB of data is provided per booking, thereafter top-up will be at the guests costs. Washing machine and dryer can be found in the garage, including clothes hanging facilities. For long stays - daily cleaning can be arranged at additional cost with the onsite apartment manager. Free entrance for 1 car. Guest registration fees for Prince’s Grant is R140 a vehicle.
