Located on a private concession within the malaria free Addo Elephant National Park, River Bend Lodge offers luxury accommodation, spa facilities and private game drives. Free WiFi is available. The 5-star, spacious and elegantly decorated suites offer a private patio with views of the surrounding landscapes and animals. All have air conditioning, a ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, coffee machine and a bathroom with separate bath and shower and complimentary toiletries The Silver Thorns Restaurant at the main lodge serves contemporary and culinary cuisine. Room service and special diet menus can be requested. Drinks and snacks can be enjoyed at the bar. The spa offers a variety of massages and beauty treatments. Other facilities at River Bend Lodge include a shared lounge, a library and an outdoor pool with sun loungers. Guests can go on private game drives and bird watching. The lodge is 76 km from Port Elizabeth Airport.
