This beautiful riverfront house is situated in the quiet sought after area on the Parys Golf Estate. It has 4 bedrooms and 4 en suite bathrooms. It is equipped with solar power and a borehole. Two bedrooms have beautiful riverfront views. The entertainment area on the stoep have beautiful views of the Vaalriver. It has a Wood braai. The kitchen is fitted with a Smeg gas/electric stove,Smeg kettle and a Smeg 4 slice toaster. There is a Whirlpool washing machine and dryer and a dishwasher to make your life easier. This home is perfect to come and relax. You wont find another house like this one on the Golf estate.
Parys Golf Estate has 24 hour security and is in town near all the restaurants and shops.
