the apartment has been newly renovated ,spacious and consists of two bedrooms ,two bathrooms, lounge ,dining room, balcony and fully equipped kitchen.
An extended single lockup garage spacious enough to park a large vehicle comfortably.
visitors parking ,trailer parking, braai area and water backup supply system. the apartment can accommodate up to six(6) people and has incredible sea view s from the balcony and main bedroom.
loadshedding catered for-------rechargable globes fitted for your convenience.
merely 200 meters walk from the main swimming beach, just over the bridge from Shelly beach(Shelly center and south coast mall)and Uvongo. enjoy walks on the beach, water sport and the popular beachfront restaurant(C-Bali)
