Saints View Resort Unit 21, on the second floor, has an R600 admin fee and an R1000 refundable breakage deposit that is not included in the rate per night, and can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The main bedroom contains a double bed and the second and third bedrooms each contain 2 twin single beds. There is a double sleeper couch for 2 children under 12 only, in the lounge area. The en suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, bath basin, and a toilet. The second bathroom contains a shower, toilet, and a basin. Air-con tokens are only in the lounge, and available at R50 a token. This must be arranged prior to arrival and not available after 16.00 pm Mon-Fri or weekends. How long a token lasts depends on the usage. Please note that no wood is allowed to be used on the built-in braai, only charcoal is allowed. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. The lounge area features prepaid air-conditioning, and all 3 bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans and a TV with selected Dstv channels. The lounge and main bedroom lead out to the large balcony with built-in braai facilities. Air-con tokens, only in the lounge, are available at R50 a token. This must be arranged prior to arrival and not available after 16.00 pm Mon-Fri or weekends. The upmarket resort features a 9-hole putt-putt course and a games room, if the rooftop is booked out for a venue this area will not be available a jungle gym, and a beautiful sparkling pool. Secure basement parking is available on-site.
