Modern villa! Comfortable living. Upstairs 3 bedrooms, Bedroom 1 is the main bedroom with shower, toilet and double vanity, Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds with bedside table, Bedroom 3 also has 2 single beds with bedside table. Bedroom 2 & 3 share a bathroom with toilet, basin and shower. Downstairs is open plan with 2 living areas, kitchen, wash up area with washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher as well as a microwave. Big gas stove and electric oven. Downstairs equipped with another bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. Lovely verandah with outside 8 seater table & chairs to entertain. Big outside umbrella with x2 loungers and side table to enjoy. Weber braai, as well as gas braai available on verandah. Tropical garden feel. Lovely to see small game like Bushbuck, Impala, Vervet monkeys and an abundance of birdlife. Short walk to the beach which is lovely. Situated on the main road, making it conveniently central of all to offer. Private covered parking bay at Villa, and public parking area also catered for.
Big nature lover! I love to paint when I visit the villa, such a calm atmosphere... Hosting guests is an honor for me - compliments makes my heart warm, and criticism makes me GROW!
So many activities to choose from within this tropical estate! Family resort for sure! 18 Hole championship golf course with Clubhouse. Or just casually play on the mashie course. Enjoy the sun on the blue flag beach that borders the estate with a private entry from San Lameer, with the safety of the lifeguards included. Relax at any 2 of the hotel pools, enjoy meals at The Lagoon Restaurant (open daily for breakfast and dinner), situated at the San Lameer Hotel. The Beach Bite Takeaway is also situated at entrance to the beach. On Marina beach you will find Mariners Restaurant for another menu experience. Visit Sassy's Clothing Boutique, or the Superette (convenience store) for a variety of goods, or pop in at the Library! Pamper yourself at Lagoon Day Spa & Wellness Centre (largest quality spa on the South Coast). Inhouse facilities of the Estate includes hiking and mountain biking trails, squash, tennis, catch and release fishing, paddle boating, play area with equipment close to bowling green. Play a round of bowls!
