4 Bedroom(3Q , 1 single , 1 Bunk bed) ,3 bathroom (shower & shower-over-bath ) villa with garden. Aircons in all the bedrooms and living area. Well equipped with dishwasher , washer/dryer, microwave, water tank and Wi-Fi. The villa has a full house inverter and gas stove to mitigate load shedding . Stairs to bedrooms. Patio access to grass.
