The jacuzzi only works during summer months Sept to April
Months of May, June, July and August it takes longer to heat up and can not reach optimal heat temperature.
The best is there is a plunge pool for warm summer months that can heat up as a Jacuzzi for the evenings
The house is now newly equipped with Solar Panels and battery backup!!

This home is a family home & when the owners go away from time to time, they rent it to guests.

I love wine and cats. We also love to meet people and do wine tours for a living. We enjoy new thins in life and good food!

One of the quietest streets in Die Boord. Hardly a car driving pass. Very safe and lovely to walk to the park for a walk or go play with your kids on the playground just down the street.
Spar Grocery store is in walking distance and we are on the R44 with easy access to wine country.
Very close to all schools less than 3km.
Also about 2-3 Km from the Mediclinic hospitals.
Walking distance to Spar Grocery.
