Enjoy a stylish experience in this safe, peaceful, security Estate. Conveniently located close to Silverlakes Golf estate , as well as a number of lovely restaurants and shopping centres. The unit is attached to out private home and has a queen size bed, an en suite bathroom with a shower and your own patio with stunning views. Dont miss the sunsets! Come and enjoy our beautiful space and take a stroll along the Silver Stream that our Estate is named after. Enjoy catch and release fishing or a relaxing picnic next to to the dam. Note - No loadshedding as we have a solar system in place.
I am available via the app or my cellphone. I am also in and out of the main house during the day if you need me.
Silver Streams is a security estate with access controll, electric fencing and 24 hour security. It is wonderfully safe and allows you to just relax and enjoy the space. There are often kids playing in the street, people walking their dogs and people fishing in the dam just 100m from the unit. Uber is readily available if you do not have your own transport.
