Southgate 3 have an R700 admin fee and a R2000 refundable breakage deposit that is not included in the rate per night, and is a furnished duplex self-catering apartment located in the secure Southgate complex close to the beach in Uvongo, and near to various shops and amenities. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 adults and/or up to 4 children and comprises 3 bedrooms on the first floor , 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first and second bedrooms each contain a double bed. The third bedroom contains a double bed and 2 single beds. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge contains flat-screen TV and opens to a balcony with braai facility The Southgate complex offers a communal swimming pool. Lock up garage is available on-site. Family unit and not a party unit, strict rules apply
