Sleep to the sound of pounding waves, nestled in a cosy, stylish rondavel. Thatch roof, warm in winter, cool in summer. Semi-outdoor, fully equipped kitchen, dining area. Shower under the stars. Perfectly suited to this sub-tropical environment. Relax in hammock in your outside private garden area. Resident host, old south coast surfer Alan, will direct you to the best local breaks! Otherwise, simply enjoy this special retreat space. Light breakfast included in price.

Ifafa beach is a largely residential seaside community, being one of the most diverse places in South Africa. An authentic gritty neighborhood where many locals fish for a living. Almost everyone is connected to the famous Goldstone family who have lived here for generations. We moved here in 2019, and like all the other new comers to Ifafa, have fallen in love with this community! There is no local transport to speak of. We are off the grid (and loving it!) in many ways here at Ifafa Beach
