Sunset Studio is situated a stones throw away from Sunset Beach, a small quiet suburb in Cape Town. It is a separate entrance on a shared property. The studio has a king bed, desk, open plan closet, couch, kitchenette and bathroom. You will have access to everything mentioned above. The studio has its own entrance & garden.
My family & I live on the property with our two daughters (5&1), cat & dog.
Sunset Beach is known for its beautiful long beach that stretches from Milnerton until Blouberg. It is a kite/windsurfing destination during the summer months. There is a small centre with a Woolworths, coffee shop & a few other handy shops. Canal Walk is abot 10 minutes away, CBD 20 minutes and there is a MiCity bustop in walking distance from the property.
