Set on a private ridge with sweeping views of the green valleys and Langkloof Mountains, Tamodi Estate & Lodge offers refined, nature-inspired accommodation just 2.5 km from the beaches of the Indian Ocean. The spacious suites feature private balconies, elegant open-plan bathrooms with freestanding bathtubs, twin marble vanities, walk-in showers, and separate toilets. Natural materials and thoughtful design create a calm and luxurious atmosphere throughout. All reservations include a daily breakfast served in the Main Lodge, where guests can also enjoy a spacious sun deck, a larger infinity pool, two lounges with fireplaces, and a quiet library. Lunch platters featuring cheese, charcuterie, and wine are available on request at the main villa. Several local restaurants are within a 4-minute drive, and Plettenberg Bay’s cafés and shops are located just 13 km away. Tamodi is also home to a growing polo program with over 25 polo horses on the estate. The grounds are being developed into a private training and playing facility, offering guests a unique opportunity to experience the elegance and excitement of polo in a spectacular natural setting.
