Property information

Occupying a prime waterfront position, enjoy uninterrupted views over the Sedgefield Lagoon – ideal for swimming, SUP, canoeing and fishing. Split on two levels, upstairs comprises the main bedroom which is en-suite and opens onto a private lagoon facing deck. The lounge, with its indoor gas-burning fireplace, is open-plan with the dining room. Leading off the lounge is a light-filled enclosed sunroom with comfortable seating arrangements and additional dining table, full lagoon views. Seperate TV lounge with indoor gas-burning fireplace, plus office nook. Main kitchen is also upstairs, fully equipped. It opens onto an outdoor wooden deck, with stairs leading down to the gardens. Secondary TV lounge plus kitchenette, with washing machine, is downstairs. The lounge opens onto an undercover balcony, which leads out onto an enclosed garden. Additional house features: wifi, smart TV, portable BBQ/Braai, guest toilet, alarm with armed response and ample on-site parking.

Neighbourhood information

Fishing, paragliding and beach swimming all nearby - the Lagoon is within walking distance, as is the famous Sedgefield Wild Oats Farmers Market. There are ample variety of restaurants and shops walking distance too, also in Sedgefield town itself.
