The property has been developed as a request to accomodate budget accomodation in the area as a job creation project and to assist with a place close to cultural activities in the area. The place was opened due to local demand to get a place to lodge on budget. Some parts of the property are under construction, there will be imperfections. Most of the property uses shared services.
