Tuscany Haus is a self-catering vacation villa in a secure estate, Torwood Heights, situated in the exclusive area of La Sandra in Somerset-West. The town is nestled between beaches and vineyards. Perfectly located for visits to Stellenbosch, Strand, and Cape Town. The Villa has a provincial feel and offers free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a terrace. It also has a private patio and braai facilities overlooking the pool with stunning ocean views of Gordonsbay and the Hottentotsholland mountain range. Tuscany Haus offers a lush garden, secure on-site parking, and easy access to main routes and airport. Tuscany Haus features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en-suited) and a TV lounge with a flat-screen smart TV on the upper level. The rooms include bed linen, towels, and amenities. The open plan living areas on the ground floor include a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and formal lounge which opens up onto a patio with lush garden and pool views. The tranquil surroundings provide the ideal environment for holidaymakers. Tuscany Hauss Villa is situated in the upmarket Spanish Farm and La Sandra suburb, a beautiful, quiet area in Somerset West with big leafy trees and beautiful views of the mountains and the ocean. A hiking and cycling trail is on our doorstep and Stellenbosch is 15 min away. Nearby Attractions: Hiking and cycling trails are on our doorstep and Stellenbosch is 15 min away. Strand beach & Bikini Beach accessible by car as well as most famous Wine estates in South Africa a stone’s throw away. Lourensford market and wine estate is a popular weekend attraction. Please note that we are not walking distance from town center (about 2km). We have beautiful mountain and ocean views from 2nd floor. Balcony has best ever sunset experience. If you would like to discover the area, Helderberg Nature Reserve is 4 km from Tuscany Haus, while Erinvale Golf Course is 5 km from the property. Hiking and cycling trails are on our doorstep and Stellenbosch is 15 min away. Strand beach & Bikini Beach accessible by car as well as most famous Wine estates in South Africa a stone’s throw away. Popular Erinvale golf estate 4km drive. Coffee lovers will find Bootleggers & Merkava coffee roastery in Caledon Street as well as an array of restaurants and small diners around Fountain Square namely Giuseppe's pizzeria, Sanook and the Farm house. All time favorite Oceans 8 for the best sushi in town (don't forget to book). Best way to get around is by car. Car rentals available at Cape Town International Airport. (Europe car, Avis or Woodford. Uber operates in the area.
