Property information

Our villa is a home away from home, we designed it around our family and friends. We entertain a lot, so the spaces are big and open with lots of natural light. Modern contemporary decor with a splash of balinese design. Large 21 swimming pool and beautiful garden.

Neighbourhood information

Umhlanga is a rapidly growing neighbourhood, with some beautiful homes and newly built high rises. We are about a 5 min walk to the Umhlanga village where you will be able to explore the many restaurants, pubs, cafes and bars. Here you will also find our local supermarkets, library, pharmacy and a few clothing stores. Should you be in the mood for some birdlife and nature, we have the Umhlanga Lagoon and Nature reserve to the North with some lovely wooden bridges and trail runs. Our Umhlanga promenade is also great for an early morning run with a cup of coffee at one of the coffee shops along the way or maybe choose a late afternoon stroll and stop in at Bellaza for a cocktail or two.
