Located in Umhlanga Rocks and 16 km from King Shaka International Airport, Umhlanga Beach Villa features a garden, an outdoor pool and partial sea views. Free WiFi is available. This stylishly decorated open-plan home has high ceilings with exposed wooden beams and large glass windows and doors to enhance the natural light. It has a state-of-the-art kitchen and an entertainment area with bar/lounge and patio. There is a library with fireplace and a children's play room leading out to garden with jungle gym and trampoline. All bedrooms have wooden floors and air conditioning. The main bedroom comes with a flat-screen TV, seating area and en-suite bathroom with his and hers showers, a bath tub and partial sea views. The villas has a double garage to fit 4 cars and extra parking on the property. Guests can also make use of 4 bicycles. Umhlanga Beach Villa is a 7-minute drive from the Umhlanga Lagoon Nature Reserve.

Our villa is a home away from home, we designed it around our family and friends. We entertain a lot, so the spaces are big and open with lots of natural light. Modern contemporary decor with a splash of balinese design. Large 21 swimming pool and beautiful garden.

Umhlanga is a rapidly growing neighbourhood, with some beautiful homes and newly built high rises. We are about a 5 min walk to the Umhlanga village where you will be able to explore the many restaurants, pubs, cafes and bars. Here you will also find our local supermarkets, library, pharmacy and a few clothing stores. Should you be in the mood for some birdlife and nature, we have the Umhlanga Lagoon and Nature reserve to the North with some lovely wooden bridges and trail runs. Our Umhlanga promenade is also great for an early morning run with a cup of coffee at one of the coffee shops along the way or maybe choose a late afternoon stroll and stop in at Bellaza for a cocktail or two.
