The apartment is set high up on Little Lions Head with panoramic views of the Hout Bay Valley and the Helderberg mountains beyond. Sliding doors lead onto an expansive terrace with an outdoor entertainment area which includes a built in barbecue. The apartment is open plan with a full kitchen, dining and lounge areas and en suite bathroom. The apartment is serviced daily except for Sundays and public holidays. We have solar and battery power so guests are not affected by power outages.
I am a retired businessman looking to make the most of the beautiful property I have the pleasure own.
