Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located spot. Valley Views sits in a quiet section of Sun Valley, but close to shops and either beach choice of Fish hoek and Noordhoek. A short drive to Glencairn, Boulders, Silvermine reserve and Cape point too! Small walks in the Sun Valley wetlands and to Peer's cave is right on your back stoep! This flatlet is well equipped on a shared property to serve all your basic needs... The pool is shared with the main house residents, and on street parking is available. There are 3 cats that stay on the property and are very friendly. We look forward to hosting you!!
