We offer a beautiful holiday house for friends and family. Villa Le Rock consists of two private units on the ground floor level, each sleeping 4 people and the large upstairs unit, sleeping 6 – 8 people. Sea View & 3 minutes' walk from the beach, Villa Le Roc, a self-catering Guesthouse in Kleinmond, is a 1 hour’s drive from Cape Town International airport, on the Garden route (Whale route), and 20 minutes from Hermanus. Interesting neighbouring towns are Betty’s Bay, Pringle Bay and Rooi-Els. The spectacular Victorian building offers a home away from home. Villa Le Roc is a luxury self-catering Guesthouse in Kleinmond, 1 hour’s drive from Cape Town International airport, on the Garden route (Whale route), and 20 minutes from Hermanus. Interesting neighbouring towns are Betty’s Bay, Pringle Bay and Rooi-Els. Kleinmond is in the middle of an area known as the "Heart of the Cape Fynbos floral kingdom" that is included in the world-renowned Kogelberg Biosphere Reserve. It is situated in the Overberg region of the Western Cape, South Africa. Its historical background is rich with stories of shipwrecks, pirates, runaway slaves, cattle-thieves and strandlopers and the area from the Bot River Vlei to Gordon's Bay, and inland to the Groenlandberg is considered of such ecological significance, that in November 1998 it became the first UNESCO-declared Biosphere Reserve in Southern Africa. This means that the whole area is to be managed according to international principles that aim to combine conservation, sustainable use of natural resources, and wise development.
