Situated in Groenvallei, Sedgefield. The flat comprises of the following:- Main bedroom – king-size bed, built-in cupboards, fan. Lounge – Flat-screen TV, DSTV Explorer with full bouquet. Pull-out double bed sleeper couch, built-in cupboards. Kitchen – fully equipped for 4 people with microwave, fridge/freezer, 4 seater breakfast nook. Bathroom – bath, shower, toilet basin. Glass door open from the lounge to a private patio with a garden set and braai. Private entrance. All Linen and Towels included. Water & Electricity included. Bring own Beach towels.
My husband & myself moved to Sedgefield in August 2020. We can honestly say that we now live in paradise. We both still work; I am an Estate Agent with Re/max Lakes and my husband works for Simbavati Fijnbos Activity Centre in Sedgefield. We both love meeting new people and promoting our beautiful little town. We love the outdoors and enjoy cycling, walking and spending hours on one of our stunning beaches. We have two little fur children.
Groenvallei is a beautiful suburb of Sedgefield and a mere 2.5 km from town centre, and 4 km from Myoli and Cola Beach. There are various entertainment & leisure activities in Sedgefield; Myoli Beach, Cola Beach, Swartvlei Beach, Groenvlei, Swartvlei, Swartvlei Lagoon, Gericke's Point; the well known Wild Oats farmers market every Saturday; Scarab Art & Craft Village, Sedgefield Craft Brewery.
